Titan Cards & Games offers pre-orders on selected upcoming releases. This policy explains how pre-orders work.
What Is A Pre-Order
A pre-order is a reservation for an item not yet released. You pay now, Titan Cards & Games holds your allocation, and we ship as soon as the item arrives at our Pinellas Park facility. Pre-order items are clearly labeled with a "PRE-ORDER" tag, an estimated ship date, and pre-order specific terms.
Payment
Pricing
The price at pre-order is the price you pay. If our retail price changes between your order and release, your locked-in price remains.
Estimated Ship Dates
Every pre-order listing includes an estimated ship date based on the manufacturer's announced schedule. These are estimates — delays do occur. When delays happen, we update the listed date, email affected customers, and you can keep your pre-order or cancel for a full refund.
Pre-Order Shipping
Standard handling applies: 3 business days from receipt to ship, then 3–8 business days transit. Free shipping. Tracking included. Insurance on orders over $100.
Pre-orders ship FIFO — first orders placed, first orders shipped.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund.
- Email support@titancardsgames.shop with "Pre-Order Cancellation" in the subject
- Include your order number
- We confirm within 24 hours and refund within 3–5 business days
Manufacturer Cancellations
If a manufacturer cancels a release entirely, we notify you immediately and issue an automatic full refund. No action required from you.
